Refund policy

Digital downloads: Once a digital product has been delivered, it is exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law, provided you consented to immediate delivery at checkout.

Physical Products: We accept returns on physical items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at [matin.cousens@gmail.com] with your order number. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
